Our CHORIZO is the result of a long process of maturing the sausage (min. 3 weeks), in a special maturing chamber where strictly defined conditions of temperature, humidity and air flow prevail.These conditions are as close as possible to the climate prevailing in warm Spain.Our chorizo tastes perfect as an addition to pizza, spaghetti, salad, cream soup or simply as a snack during a game, for example.
